All new students are registered through the Central Registration Office located at 223 Wisner Ave., Middletown. Please call Diane Kindberg at (845) 326-1300 to make an appointment to register your child.
To register a student, you will need to bring the following with you to the Registration Office:
Child's original birth certificate.
Proof of address (deed, water bill, tax bill, etc).
Name and address of child’s prior school (for record requests). We will need the transcript, report card and any marking period grades from the child's prior school as well.
If both parents are not the child's natural parents, Proof of Custody must be provided (court custody papers or divorce papers).
Parent photo ID.
Parents should note that all new students in grades K-9 need to be tested in math and English Language Arts (ELA) prior to attending classes.
