Welcome to Middletown High School

Accredited by the New York State Board of Regents, Middletown High School is recognized as a comprehensive secondary school that provides all courses required for graduation by the State of New York.

Honors and accelerated college credit courses are available to high schoolers and students have the ability to take up to 33 college course credits during their high school experience—that’s a full year of college credit!

In addition, the high school offers several academic Academies. For instance, all ninth-graders participate in our Freshman Academy and students in grades 9-12 may take part in the Academy of Information Technology (AOIT), the Academy of Finance (AOF), and the nationally recognized Project Lead The Way (PLTW) program. The Naval Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (NJROTC) program is also offered.

Fine arts, athletics, and enrichment after-school programs, in addition to clubs and intramurals, are also offered to high school students.
